We get to know Shiau Yan at a parenting fair and during then we were expecting with our first child. It has been almost 4 years and we glad that we met her. Shiau Yan become my agent when my previous one left. She is very prompt in answering my questions and concerns. When I submit my claim, she is willing to help and follow up closely, let me know what are the documents and information required for claim submission.
